We go down (600 m above sea level) and head to the donkey farm, where we have lunch planned.

During the lunch, we watch preparation of the dough for baking local bread and the hand-made halloumi cheese.

Cyprus is getting protected status for its prized halloumi, giving its producers the sole right to sell the rubbery cheese in the European Union.”

With lunch, you can drink any amount of local wine and eat as much as you want from the buffet.

After lunch we go to "talk" to the donkeys.

The farm has about 200 donkeys, and the goal is to produce milk, which is used to make several extremely healthy products recommended for allergy sufferers. Including: milk itself (approx. PLN 80.00 per liter), liqueur, creams, soaps, etc.

Lovely animals (especially mothers with young) are happy to be hand-fed by tourists (1 euro pack of sliced cucumbers).
