At the exhibition in Aix-en-Provence

Aix-en-Provence is the city of Cézanne, fountains, and students. It's also home to a wealth of beautiful architecture, cozy cafes, and restaurants.

The word "aix" comes from the Latin word "aquae" and means "water" or "waters" in French. This is a name given to many places in France, reflecting the presence of springs or thermal waters. Aix-en-Provence is a prime example.

Cézanne brought us here, or rather, a comprehensive exhibition of his work.

Paul Cézanne born January 19, 1839, in Aix-en-Provence, died October 22, 1906, there. He was a French post-Impressionist painter whose work bridges the gap between impressionism and cubism.

His paintings are among the most expensive in the world.

You can find more information about this painter online.

We purchased tickets for the exhibition three months ago and adjusted our flights and other travel details to that date.

I've attached here several of my own photos showcasing the artist's work.
