Bangkok - Amphawa - the floating market

We do not give up and we use our time in Bangkok untill the last moment.

.
On the last day we go on a trip to Amphawa knowing that we will return to the hotel at the last moment just before departure to the airport.

Amphawa is about 80 km  away from Bangkok. There is a floating market. It's kind of the one in Szczecin in 2015! Well, a floating garden! It's just a joke.

On the way we stop at another market - the market around railway tracks. When the train passes the trades raise their stalls and sheds and let the train go through. We did not get to see this process, because the tracks are being repaired, and only in a month there will beanother train.

This market on water has the advantage of  primarily serving the locals,, and thus is more authentic.

After dark we sailed the boat to watch the fireflies which in the millions live in the coastal trees.

We finishour stay, we bid farewell to Bangkok, Thailand and say goodbye Asia.

However, in this journey our hearts got possessed by Myanmar and its people.  The memories will stay there for long.
