The opening day passed without much trouble.
The program has been accomplished.
The guests praised the decor and atmosphere. They eagerly consumed complimentary draft beer, delicious baked mini sandwiches with vegetables and poppy seed cake.
We learned some lesson.
The culinary and drink plans will be verified on a regular basis.
There was little attendance, i.e. we mainly hosted friends. Only 4 people appeared "from the street".
Each day will be a new experience, maybe a surprise. All options are possible.
The season is just about to come, so the financial forecasts will come at the end of November.
