What customers order

Today there was supposed to be a break in the blog entries.

Unfortunately, it failed.

I couldn’t resist describing yesterday's meeting with two consumers.

No one showed up all day. We planned an earlier closing and going out to the city to see if the latest hit "Bohemian Rhapsody" is on at the local cinema.

At 19:30 an elderly American came in and after reviewing the menu ordered ... a vegetarian burger.

So I had to please an American with a dish that HE knows better than me! Of course he is a vegetarian.

Well, it was a dive into deep water!

He claimed that he liked it, but I suspect that he was not very interested in the burger since he talked all the time telling his long life story.

Well, I it wasn’t a flop. There was no tip, though.

After a while, a Japanese who ordered the dish of the day came in: fish meatballs in tomato sauce (Italian recipe) with rice.

And again, I was to serve the Japanese a fish dish with rice, in what they are specialists!

This time the jitters were bigger.

Somehow I managed well!

He said he liked it.

He drank a few beers and requested a video with Japanese music. He liked it very loud.

He stayed on for a long time. He did not leave any tip.

That's the life of a restaurateur!
