Chops, pâtés...

I wish my beloved Sister Maria all the bset for her namesday.

We are getting sentimental here because today is the 100th day of our stay in Cambodia!

Due to all family celebrations today there will have a gala dinner and a good wine (just for two).

A "non-commercial" pate was created. It is to diversify our diet.

I assure you that it is sensational and that's why I attach the recipe:

1 can of red beans (after rinsing)

1 can of white beans (as above)

200 - 300 g cooked lentils (not available in cans here)

2 big carrots

2 large onions

Nuts, seeds - as you like! No grinding!

I fry onions in oil together with carrots.I pass all ingredients through the grinder.I add spices and herbs according to taste, but must be smoked paprika and marjoram.3 whole eggs.I thicken the too-loose paste with a small amount of breadcrumbs.Garlic alternatively.

Bake in any mold (mine are silicone) - 60 min.in 180. After 40 min.I grease the top with oil for a dark skin. Here's my point: I do not use salt.I give a lot of pepper and add the fish sauce! But that's the taste thing.

Enjoy the dish!
