The Wisła river boulevards

Warsaw has regained the Wisła river!! The Wisła has returned to Warsaw!

See how beautifully the city has integrated with the river and how intensely life is going on the Boulevards on a festive day.

We met up with Rysio, who lives permanently in Ełk. Do you remember him from Cambodia? He worked there as a volunteer doctor.

We had a lot to tell. Memories are always nice.

In permanent search of new or exotic dishes, I ordered one with eggplant and Israeli couscous from in the West Bank restaurant. It was a very good choice!

Kuskus

"MOGHRABIEH couscous due to its unique shape is also known as pearl couscous. It contains a lot of protein, which is why it is recommended in the diet of active people, athletes and people avoiding meat consumption. It contains valuable calcium - a known bone building material. In addition, it is a rich source of iron. In smaller quantities it contains potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc and manganese. Couscous of Israel provides B vitamins - especially folic acid (wit B9) and niacin (vitamin B3 or PP). Due to the low content of fat and sugar, it can be successfully used in diets."
