A bit of work peeling all the vegetables and ... And into the pot!!

An hour of stewing and lunch is on the plate.. And next to the plate there was a glass of red wine. Very good wine!

The recipe probably cannot be repeated, because there was a lot of improvisation and randomness. But worth the effort!
