To Catania, in Sicily

As tradition tells as so, we start the next journey from Berlin - from Brandenburg airport.

It turns out that even 3 hours before departure, it is not too much time to get through the formalities and good German security control and be able to breathe over coffee and beer in the airport lounge.

Our first stop is Katania, where a car is waiting for us, from where we will go to the town with the strange name Piazza Armerina. Strange, because piazza in Italian means a square.

"Piazza Armerina - town and commune in Italy, in the Sicily region, in the province of Enna. According to data for 2004, the commune was inhabited by 21,040 people, 69.7 people/km².
