Holidays away from home have one thing in common: first, you have to get to the place of your destination.
Sometimes it's easy and pleasant, and sometimes you have to put in a little effort to start enjoying your vacation.
Today (i.e. since yesterday) our goal is Cyprus, specifically the south-eastern tip of the island.
A few days before the planned departure, our flight time from Poznań got changed from the morning to the middle of the night, i.e. to 3 am!
In Poznań, we took advantage of the hospitality of our friends Ewa and Waldek, who kept us at their place until 1 am and drove us to the Ławica airport.
The over three-hour flight by Ryanan to Larnaka went smoothly, as did an hour-long bus transfer to the hotel, where we arrived at 9:00.
Happy to be about to begin our holidays!
But not right away! The hotel check-in is at 2 pm!
So we used hotel deckchairs to rest after the journey. Our hungry stomachs had to wait…
Please understand! This is the end of today's entry, because now we start our holiday "immersed" in beautiful hotel bedding, in which we will spend the next long hours.
