Today the entry will be about Krystyna - one more Polish lady who is successful in Mexico, and about her parten Juan who is a sculptor but he creates just everything...
Krystyna left Poland about 15 years ago with a Veracruz University scholarship in an exchange univeristy programme. She graduated in ethnology but in Mexico she took up ecological issues of the Veracruz state. At present she is about to complete her phd thesis in the field. She is a briadly known person in Xalapa and enjoys a big number of friends in the whole city. We learned about it attending the fandango concert together and going other places where she would literally everywhere meet her acquaintances who kept preventing us from getting to our car on the way home. She is a Polish patrtiot but she loves Mexico and
knows absolutely everything about this country. She has got two dogs an a cat. Together with Juan they are building a house in the woods.
Juan is a sculptor but he can create and build just anything. The whole house he is building with his own hands only and the result is unconventional because it is finishes with an artistic touch. Inspite of many passions, he lately took up violin-making studies at the newly open university department. He creates pieces of art.
In private, he says thjat meeting Krystyna was a great quirk of fate and a hudge reward which he got in the second part of his life.
