We’re spending most of the day and evening in Málaga. On the Friday before New Year's Eve, there were literally crowds of people on the streets of the city center. They seem happy with life. They talk with whole families - all at once - they shop in illuminated stores, they fill hundreds of restaurants - they enjoy life.

In the evening, the city is impressive with its illumination. The city authorities did not spare electricity for this. The effect is wonderful.

It's similar in the beautiful port - some people sit in restaurants and cafés, while others wait to board yachts, catamarans and other boats to sail out to the high seas and watch the spectacular sunset.

”Málaga - a city in southern Spain, in the Andalusia region. The sixth largest in Spain with a population of 574,654 inhabitants. The metropolis has 1,001,680 inhabitants. Located on the Mediterranean Sea, at the foot of the Betic Mountains. One of the oldest cities in Europe, inhabited since the 8th century BC. A large commercial and fishing port, a swimming area on the Costa del Sol. The birthplace of Pablo Picasso and Antonio Banderas.”
