Main city of the island
You need a goal for every trip. Today's destination is the main town of Nosy Be – Hell-Ville.

As you can see on the map, it's only a little over 15 km, but it takes over half an hour to cover the distance by car.
The only paved road around the island is crowded with countless tuk-tuks, cars, and zebu carts.
We're going shopping: vanilla and rum!
We managed to buy both at a reasonable price.
I'll write about vanilla and rum from Madagascar tomorrow!
We had a good beer in a nice café and, slightly tired from the heat, returned to our recreation center – the Vanila Hotel.

The photos below only partially depict one of Madagascar's cities, which is difficult to compare to any we've seen so far.
I don't want to flaunt poverty and backwardness with these photos, as life goes on as usual here.
One thing is certain – the latest cell phones are widely used here. Sometimes, the network just can't keep up.
What bothers us painfully is the luxury of a tourist hotel here falls far short of the Malagasy standard of living. The only positive is the access to jobs provided by foreign investors.
But be warned: Few of them earn more than 100 euros a month!

Buziaki, chłopaki :)
To zyciodajny szum,
Wir na języku, wirowato w głowie,
Kto nie spróbuje nigdy się nie dowie !
