After a varied escapade to the Three Islands located between "our" Nosy Be and the large island of Madagascar, it's time to calm down and relax in the hotel bar with some more relaxing music than the one we were entertained with by the spontaneous Malagasy people led by Albercik.
The Vanila Hotel has a beautiful garden, manicured down to the last leaf of grass, where you can sit in the shade during the day or calm your European nerves in the evenings and nights in places of absolute peace and quiet. There are fewer mosquitoes now, so you don't even need to use chemicals.
For those who fancy being among people, there's a spacious bar, situated so that the breeze "passing" through the bar and the reception area behind it, means there's no need for overhead fans.
Our hotel differs from the other two (Royal Beach and Andilana) as it lacks disco attractions, noisy tourist parties, and other entertainment.
For those in need, the bar serves local alcohol until 10:00 PM.
