Easter Saturday
We drove to Polish catholic church to get our Easter food blessed according to a Polish tradition.
We had fun like children dying eggs and arranging the food basket for the blessing. We are here at Renata's with our friend Teresa from Pensylvania. She lives there with her husband Leszek. Their daughter Magda lives in Washington DC, and is making her career in the American government. As you see there are many Poles in the USA and all of them (those who we know) are successful and happy here.
There were many people in the church since this is the only Polish parish in the states nearby.
We are not sure whether you are interested but tomorrow we coild decribe the dishes which will be on our American-Polish Easter table.
Despite gasty and chilly wind the sun is shining warmly and the world is smiling.
