Good-bye to Paris

Three days in Paris seemed to me one moment.

Time to get back to reality. Our friends are also already flying back to the US.

We’re arranging for another meeting - we would like it to be again Paris. There are so much more to seet. Even once again ...

The last walk through the Latin Quarter among the many tourists and local students.

We walk in to the church of Saint-Germain-de-Pres, where the tomb of our King John Casimir is.

Besides, we must necessarily drop in to the cafe Les Deux Magots on Boulevard Saint Germain, For they do not serve SUCH cakes  anywhere else.

Les Deux Magots - known for its popularity among literary and intellectual elite of Paris. Café hosted intellectuals and artists, among others: Jean-Paul Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Ernest Hemingway, Albert Camus, Pablo Picasso. In Les Deux Magots the literary prize Prix des Deux Magots is awarded, whose history dates back to 1933.

The name of the cafe comes from two wooden statues depicting the Chinese salesmen, which are located on one of the pillars of the cafe.

Here, the four of us eat our farewell lunch looking around to see someone famous ...

And since today we are showing some culinaria, we also entry some photos from  the dinner of the previous day.

It is obvious! In France, they do not eat anything else - only frog legs and snails!  And theyI drink wine from morning to night!

So CHEERS and see you on the pages of our blog soon!
