Kampot - a province of pepper

Various surprises may occur when travelling by minibus and the weather is unusual for that time of year ...

On the way to Kep we decided not to ignore the province of Kampot and left the main road to quickly reach a beautiful pepper farm.

A prolonged rainy season has caused, among other things, this what you see in the pictures.

The school headmaster really has proven itself as a driver, the car too, though a little less.

We hope that the  children won’t  lose their means of transport due to our excursion!

The plantation of pepper which has all the certifications in the world, also enjoys an excellent reputation. It employs volunteers from all over the world and everyone benefits from that.

Apart from pepper, at the plantation all tropical (naturally) fruit are produced, as well as all vegetables. Ecologically!

Pepper from Kampot has tremendous value and price on world’s markets. At the plantation you  can purchase it at a much more advantageous price.

You can also buy silk scarves ...

Everything here is organic: shopping bags are handmade from recycled newspapers, plates and cutlery are also fabricated of biological material.
