The Rabbit Island

Koh Thonsáy (the Island of Rabbit) is an island located on the southern coast of the country in the Gulf of Thailand. It belongs to the province of Kep.

Koh Tonsay is located just 4 km south of the city of Kep and has an area of about 2 km 2. It can be walked around in about 2 hours.

This place invites tourists who love sandy beaches and sea scenery of this area. The sea is shallow, the seabed is gradually inclined, perfect for recreational activities. Numerous coral reefs and diverse habitats for animals and plants attract scientists and ecologists.

Currently on the main beach there are guest houses built and led by the Khmer, attracting tourists from Cambodia and abroad.

These are not hotels marked with asterisks. These are huts thatched with palm leaves, with very limited infrastructure (I avoid the word - primitive).

So, it is a place for lovers of good Khmer food, very cheap and good drinks with popular names and massages of all the body.

One goes to the Island  to literally and figuratively detach from what holds us "on land."
