Today a little bit about food; for a change.

In the kitchen we have difficulties and limited conditions due to the lack of many things that are on their way to Sihanoukville.

Water pressure drops periodically and there are power offs, which does not make matters easier ...

In connection with the above, I do self-training in preparing dishes just in one pot. In the back of my head I have the menu items that we could serve as a dish of the day, so-called "Today's special".

You know, we do not serve anything with meat in this house ...

Today a dish of spinach, broccoli and tomatoes was created, which I named "Vegetarian stew for Thursday".

To go with it: salad (very spicy) with papaya and pickled cucumbers, bought the market in a plastic bag.

We had grilled fish (bought at the market) for appetizer with a sweet and sour sauce (also bought).

And for dessert, fragrant bananas and sweet and juicy watermelon.
