Our first stay in the capital of Cambodia happened to be on those days. It made it a bit difficult for us to explore the city, but we had the opportunity to see how much the king enjoyed the nation's love. It aroused our respect.

From the Wikipedia:

"Towards the end of the 1980s, negotiations between the Democratic Campaign Coalition Government and the People's Republic of Kampuchea began and they ended with the signing of an agreement in Paris in 1991. After 13 years in exile, on November 14, 1991, Prince Norodom Sihanouk returned to his homeland. In 1993 he became the king of Cambodia again. In 2004, Sihanouk became seriously ill and repeatedly stayed in the PRC for treatment. From January 2004, he stayed abroad, residing in residences in Beijing and North Korea. On October 7, 2004, King Norodom Sihanouk abdicated due to poor health. On October 14, 2004, Norodom Sihamoni, one of his sons, was appointed his successor on the throne of Cambodia. "

King Norodom Sihanouk will always remain the King Father of Cambodians.
