One of the curiosities of our daily functioning:
We usually buy bread at Sandy’s mobile shop. She is Belgian and commutes to Kampot on her motobike five times a week 25 km from Kep and then she rides her motor shop from which she sells Belgian bakery products (!).
We agreed that from November Sandy will be leaving for us ordered breads, rolls, baguettes, croissants and other sweet products. In the morning she is stationed on the boulevard at a distance of 250 from our home.
If we over do with the order - we will have to "swallow" these sweets ourselves. Some of us will not have a problem with that ...
As you see, in Cambodia many people have some idea for life away from their own country, and Kampot is a special place where there are many - "whites". Anyway, we count on them and tourists from outside Asia in our bistro, since Cambodians do not spend time in bars.
And what they do in their spare time - I will describe later on.
