Time is flying away and we had to make the final decision on the menu.

In the introduction of our menu, after the greeting, we write:

Our main goal is to serve good snacks with fresh products from the local market and imported dairy pruduce that allow us to offer what we called an eclectic kitchen.

Our bistro based on the idea of ​​a 12-bottle bar should meet your expectations.

You can also ask for your favourite tune and / or video clip.

We open the drink menu, after the greeting, with this introduction:

If you do not find your favourite drink in our menu, ask the bartender for the one you want. 

We reserve the right not to have al the requested components.

Each menu has 24 pages: 12 with cold and hot snacks and 12 pages with cocktails and wines.

The wines that we will serve have been offered to us by a local company "Cellars of Asia" and so we start modestly with one type of house wine white and one red. We also chose wines from a slightly higher shelf from so-called The New World - Chile and Australia.

We took into account the fact that tourists do not come to Cambodia for wine, but a self-respecting bar must have it on offer.

Naturally, we will have draft beer, which I will write about soon...
