At the beginning of September, we filled all papers necessary to register our planned business.

Do you remember? Two guys came to us, they looked at the premises, took the money (quite substantial) because it's a form of tax) and they announced that it would take 28 days to get the license without which we cannot start our activity.

Well, it has just been delivered to us today!

After 60 days!

Valid for a year.

Although the proof of payment itself allowed us to start the business on November 1st, but we missed the right documents on our wall in the frames on the opening day, to show off!

But they are already up there. And next to them there is a Cambodian flag.

It's been a day like everyone else. Shopping, cleaning, cooking (including French dumplings with coriander and vegetarian burgers).

It’s just has turned out that we serve burgers with dumplings !!!

NO!! We don’t!

Those are portions for deep freezing, for the right dishes.

Yesterday afternoon, four Poles dropped in for a drink, on their way from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh.

They’d noticed the Polish flag on our balcony!

And today, supporting their compatriots, they came for dinner and we hope they liked it, although they are not vegetarian by nature.

We would very much like such nice tourists to visit us often.
