At the beginning there was a cave Phnom Chhnork.
Phnom Chhnork is a Hindu cave temple. The temple was built in the 7th century from the Funan period brick, and is dedicated to Shiva. So, it's from before the Buddhist period.
The passage through the cave was quite a challenge, which can be seen in the photos.
