An evening in Wrocław

An important family event brought us to Wroclaw. Tonight we were walking around the Market Square.

Everything has already been said about Wroclaw. We confirm: it is a young city, vibrant with life, and on a warm August Friday evening in the Market Square and streets around it, hundreds (!) of restaurant gardens are filled to the last table.

This weekend is “the Sicilian Days” - on the stalls the view of Italian food immediately causes a lot of hunger. Naturally, for dinner I had red (beetroot) gniocchi*, and Adek a traditionally delicious vegetarian bagel.

*Gnocchi - a type of Italian dumplings. In Italian, the word gnocchi is plural of gnocco which literally means "clod". There are many regional versions of the dish, including from potatoes, vegetable purée, cheese, buckwheat flour. They are similar to Polish potato dumplings.

The attraction of Wrocław are gnomes. They constantly increase in number. There are already 400 of them! How to make photos of all of them? They have cute names.
