We are living in the Santa Rosa district, and the mountains are Los Balcones.

The houses of the Arredondo family are terraced on the slope and actually constitute "balconies" from which one can see a part of the city in the distance. Provided that the smog chases the wind, which does not happen too often in the dry season.

We are getting our strength back after the journey in a local restaurant in the national park near our home.

On the tabte there always are spicy sauces: red and green, and warm tortillas - small corn pies - served with almost every dish. Today we are having  black tortillas. Corn comes here in several natural colours!

We easily pick dishes without meat. I had Aztec soup.

In the afternoon we visited Hania at her private school, where in the morning there is a small kindergarten called "kinder" in Mexico, and then a music school with the beautiful name "Music Castle".

Hania is a pianist and a foreign language teacher. In addition, he is the headmaster of a school for Polish children at the Polish embassy, where she teaches Polish and history. Only on Saturdays! She is a sensational cook, which we can confirm every time she makes food. As you can see, Polish women can do just anything!
