Ah, what a wedding it was!
Over 250 guests in an unusual scenery of Hacienda Santo Cristo witnessed the ceremony that the Couple planned and designed according to their own ideas.
Olimpia Vázquez and Adrián Arredondo got married in this secular ceremony. They were both born in Mexico. Her family comes from Spanish Galicia, and his from Spain and Poland.
The ceremony had several stages.
The guests reported at the entrance to a great courtyard in front of the main hacienda building to find out their table number. The waiters served cocktails and drinks on request. There was no end to greetings and getting to know each other.
We met more than a hundred people whom Adrián senior and his brother Mauricio introduced us to both families’ members and friends.
Here is a small digression: we have known each other for a very long time, from the time when they both did their PhDs in Poland.
