A day that is not there

We came back to Xalapa.  The Nortazo wind returned to Veracruz trying to take away whatever came ...

It is usually a very strong wind that blows from the north and brings significant cooling.

And so it happened in Xalapa, where the surrounding mountains keep the cold for longer.

During the day the temperature did not exceed 12 C, and in the evening it was just cold!

We visited the Veracruzan University. The library, apart from its statutory functions, is proud of its location in a huge botanical garden, on the surrounding hills, with a sensational view of the city.

Right next to it is a large concert hall for 1250 people, where all concerts of the symphony orchestra take place, and more.

Poles who have chosen this place in Mexico to realize their passions have been playing in this orchestra since 2003. At the beginning there were several dozen (!!), and now some have retired and there are several left.

The whole environment is a great botanical garden and a model for preserving the natural environment.

The author of this landscape design project is Arch. Paco Arredondo - the eldest of four brothers of this family. Long ago, he studied at SGPiS in Warsaw,

Today is 29/02/2020. A day that appears and disappears ...

In our blog it could not be otherwise: the pictures taken yesterday are gone!

The camera memory card has stopped working and there are no photos!

Maybe they will still be found??
