A long weekend while on holiday lasts less than any other.
Time to go back home.
The sun on the island of Usedom has been shining for 4 days, just like on Mallorca or any other Mediterranean island. On the fifth day we left Usedom and "got" onto the island of Wolin.
And here the weather is like in the Baltic Sea basin: sharp wind, clouds and a drop in temperature.
Thus, it's easier to go back to reality!
We drop by for a moment to Łukęcin (about 50 km from Świnoujście), where we visit Małgosia and Janusz, who are there on a bit longer holidays. We do not want to return to Szczecin too early (on a Sunday afternoon after the long weekend), so as not to spend some long hours driving in a traffic jam.
And there is no more summer in Łukęcin!
It says" Naked beach. No wonder. it's cold!
On the other hand, in Kamień Pomorski (15 km inland) there is plenty to see and where you can eat various things from the sea. Even if they come from a sea other than the Baltic Sea and lay a bit in the freezer.
It was delicious, although the air was a bit chilly.
Now we are waiting for a real Polish summer.
