It's hard to believe, but it's been over six years since our last trip to Thailand and Cambodia!
This is us in the fall of 2025 - full of anticipation of another visit to Southeast Asia:

Many factors contributed to this hiatus, primarily COVID and the general slowdown in life. Nevertheless, we've traveled extensively in Poland, other European countries, and Mexico. As you can see on the blog, we've to Asia as well —Sri Lanka—but it's a "different Asia"—not ours.
We've missed our Asia!
Now we're following the beaten path to Thailand and Cambodia.
With great regret, we had to cancel our trip to Myanmar (Burma), as the political situation there—constant unrest in the fight against the dictatorship—doesn't guarantee the safety of tourists. Local travel agencies are not accepting bookings for foreigners.
