We are on the island Nosy Be
First, a few hours in the car from Szczecin to Gdańsk, then some time in the airport terminal waiting for check-in, another two hours in the airline lounge before departure, and then we were boarding the plane!
And the plane was a Boeing 787, carrying nearly 400 people! And every seat was taken.
"May Weekend" encouraged Poles to choose this destination: Madagascar, specifically the island of Nosy Be.
On board, unfortunately, we were separated, as I was in "premium" class (for 28 passengers), and Adek was in "economy – premium" class (for 36), also known as the "silence zone."
Both were for an additional fee, and our "separation" on board meant a colossal (!) difference in ticket price.
There was also a difference in the menu. My Italian dinner deserved the highest rating.
Our overnight flight lasted almost 10 hours, and we landed in Nosy Be as planned. The continuation will be tomorrow, as of now we have to sleep off the endurance of the journey.
