No, today it’s not going to be about chops ...

Today it’s not going to be about a good drink MOJITO.

First of all, if it was not for our plantation on the balcony, we could not meet the order because the mint bought on the market turns black in the fridge after one day.

Secondly, it is a drink, which is primarily ordered by women accompanying beer lovers. So we must always be ready. Naome – a Khmer lady - an experienced restaurateur - told us that our plantation may be liquidated in one evening due to the number of orders! Let it be - we will plant a new, larger plantation!!

Mojito – an alcoholic cocktail of Cuban origin based on white rum with a refreshing sweet-sour-mint flavor.

The basic components are: 40 ml of white rum 20 ml of sugar syrup 2 quarters of lime 6 mint leaves 40 ml of carbonated water crushed ice.

And then it goes up to your head well unexpectedly!

We don’t need to leave the house to see beautiful sky in the setting sun and enjoy the falling temperature down to    27 ° C!

We were bored of constantly maneouvering the flags, so we decided to keep them indoors, leaving those fluttering from the balcony - the Polish and Cambodian ones.
