About the tableclothes

Again, this is going to be about chops ...

As part of the diversification of our lives, we decided to change the appearance of the interior of the bar and give up tablecloths. Instead there will be runners and for meals, mats under the plates.

Tablecloths are bound to get dirty and stained (by themselves?). And the local laundries (1 USD per kilogram) cannot cope with those stains using probably low washing temperatures.

And then all that ironing ...

So, as you can see, we work by trial and error. The latter is probably a little more frequent.

We have a new set of proposals for lunch. I think we will keep just seven of them, according to the rule: something different for each day. As you know, all those seven “are sitting” in the freezer waiting their turn!

As a novelty, we have avocado cream soup and potato dumplings with oyster mushrooms cream sauce. These are two independent dishes for lunch. But you can ask for both. I think both are good.

The woman I photographed a moment ago, walked past our home offering something to sell, but I do not know exactly what. But reflexively, I wanted to help her carrying her burden!

The laundry is 250 - 300 m away, but who would walk there on foot. Here, nobody does this. Me neither!
