Some guests

The four flags waving in the wind in front of the Chameleon attract attention of customers, not necessarily those whom we would like to have.

Well, but our customer is our master.

A few days ago, in the evening a Canadian came to us, who ordered a beer and after some time asked for a free room. He claimed that the surrounding rooms are occupied. He told us what his budget was and asked politely if he could rent out a room for two or three days. He claimed he was a non-troublesome guest.

And it all started then!

After paying for two nights, negotiated 50% of the price, his very small requests started, which took us all evening. Will it get a different fan? Will he get a clock (because he does not use a telephone, computer, etc.). Will he get hot water with sugar, and will he get a mug. Can he smoke at the window at the room entrance? Can smoke outside what is being smoked here? Will it be loud in the morning and whether he can come back late? etc.

And all the questions were asked at certain intervals so that we would not be bored that evening.

All this was asked seemingly very politely but firmly.

During the night, we had the opportunity to inhale the famous fragrance several times

In the morning at 8:30 Don came for coffee and talked to me in a his usual strong voice. After a while, our guest appeared and whispered (!) demanding that we talk quietly because we bother him in his sleep!

Later in a conversation with me, he accused Don of lacking civilized manners.

He was the first of our customers who was delighted with the silence that prevailed in our guesthouse ( Don was an exception). He was lucky because the workshop did not work last weekend and the surrounding karaoke fell silent.

He said felt great with us, which the photos prove.

After two bad we did not agree to extend his stay.

He seemed to be only slightly outraged.

Apart from the beer, he did not order anything, enjoying the convenience of our bistro.
