The forth day...

The fourth day of the festival did not bring us a revelation, but actually the great Italian director - Marco Bellocchio* disappointed us. His film "Blood from my blood" (where the past mixes with the present, times of the Inquisition with mafia governments, religious and political dogmas) was simply boring. One can assume that the director has made this film for the Italians, or more specifically for the inhabitants of the town of Bobbio who like such talkative stories.

* Marco Bellocchio (born November 9, 1939 in Bobbio) - Italian director, screenwriter and film producer. One of the main representatives of the controversial cinema in Italy.

Choosing a movie from the festival proposal, even after reading the "teaser", you never know what you would face!

I admire the festival spectators, because nobody left the show, and the audience is about 900 people !!

In the evening, as part of the benefit, we saw the monodrama "The teacher" performed by Wojciech Pszoniak.

A surprising text about the condition of a teacher and his struggles with the indifferent to literature and despising authorities, growing up, young people.

(...) "The teacher" is a drama that is both moving and cruel, funny and frightening. (...)

The text on the board says: STUDENTS ARE ANIMALS
