Vally of the Temples

We're going to Agrigento.

From the center of the island to the southwest. By the sea.

We will not going to sunbathe or swim, but we will visit the Valley of the Temples.

The Valley of the Temples (Valle dei Templi) is an archaeological and landscape park in Agrigento with the remains of the ancient city of Akragas. The Valley of the Temples was entered into the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997 as an archaeological zone. It covers an area of approximately 1,800 hectares."

If someone wants to find out what temples there are, use Wikipedia, please.

Our blog photos are part of over 200 taken during the walk. And there are a lot of them anyway. We just want to show you the beauty of what we've seen.

Here they are:

Pytanie - czy ci, co tak drzewa oliwne podziwiają -
Równie chętnie owoce tych drzew spożywają ?
