On Sunday at 10:00 a.m., the race started with a slight slippage:
“An event that is a party capable of combining running-walking, well-being, fun and solidarity.
Corri Catania is a solidarity run-walk open to all, organized every year to promote a solidarity project to be implemented in the area.
The solidarity project that is promoted and then concretely implemented represents the "leitmotif" of Corri Catania from the promotional phase to the day of the race.”
We sat down in the cafe watching the runners. We were served by two lovely ladies with whom, despite the lack of common language, we had a great conversation. When I commented that my americano coffee was very strong, I heard: "Catania is strong!"
After a while, we "ran off" to explore the city further.
Tu zimny dreszcz naszym wstrząsnął pajączkiem
Pomachał więc tylko musze jedną rączką,
Tak szybko jak mógł nóżki puścił w ruch
I w szparkę w suficie wlazł ten dzielny zuch !
Myszka główką chwilkę pokiwała
A muszka na okno zwinnie poleciała,
Okruszek niestety z żalem zostawiła,
Wiec myszka z radością się nim pożywiła.
Lecz trochę niesforna ta myszka była-
Świeżego powietrza łyk złapać skoczyła.
