The weather let us down again, because it was showering the whole day with light rain, and the cloudy sky made the photos from Greifswald less beautiful.
A small city with a large number of historic buildings surprised us with a small number of tourists and a generally sleepy atmosphere.
There was a fair in the Town Square (Saturday) and a carousel was spinning, but there weren't many people around.
The University of Greifswald has a good reputation, for sure, during the academic year students bring life to the city.
We ended our walk around the city on the Ryck River, where we ate delicious fish burgers. There was beer too. The driver didn't drink.
