To Greece for the summer!

Polish summer is definitely over but the regret remains ...

Zdzisława Sośnicka (a Polish singer) sang: "Goodbye summer for a year ...", but we did not listen to the lady and now we are going to extend this summer a bit in Crete.

We chose the TUI company and a flight from Poznań to Heraklion.

We'll see the rest on the spot!

"Crete (from the word krateia - strong) - a Greek island in the Mediterranean Sea. The largest island in Greece and the fifth largest island in the Mediterranean. The largest city and seat of government is Heraklion (Iraklion). Some of the oldest, 5.7 million years old traces of human ancestors have been discovered in Crete. (...)

Crete is considered the birthplace of Zeus! " (...)

The above information encouraged me to look at some of the ancient myths that fascinated me during my childhood.

So, there will be a little bit about what is happening today and what (according to the myths) happened a long time ago ...

I promise not to be boring discovering what we all know.

Maybe there will be some Greek myths for adults? Maybe it will not be an idealized and idyllic, fabulous antiquity, but true stories, though often cruel and bloody, often in a dispute over women!
