Summer is coming to an end, and we have no plans to travel to "warm countries". Several of our friends warmed up their bones in Egypt, on the island of Kos, in Sicily, in Croatia…. And we, in increasingly colder Szczecin, can only dream of travelling!
And suddenly!
A phone call from Madrid. Our Spanish longtime friends Carlos and Joti (pronounced Hoti) invite us to their place, where we can relax in their house by the swimming pool.
So we are going there
Iberia took us to Madrid. Flying today is not fun, because there are a lot of limitations and inconveniences, but what is not done for friends. Right?
On the plane - as on the train - uncomfortable, crowded, with face masks, eating our own sandwiches and a cup of water to drink.
