And in the morning at the Morena cinema (our first screening at 10:00) the temperature is even higher.
The air conditioning did not work, it refused to cooperate.
Under these conditions, is it possible to digest the impression of artistic cinema proposed by director Lech Majewski?*
"Brigitte Bardot the Wonderful" is the Master's latest work, which can be judged properly when you know a little more about his work.
Lech Majewski is known and appreciated ALL OVER THE WORLD, and perhaps little is he known in our country.
After an interesting meeting with Lech Majewski, we understood the film's message a little better, but I still think that it is a film art for connoisseurs and simply difficult to perceive.
An interesting fact is that Brigitte Bardot herself chose the actress for this role out of a dozen candidates. Naturally, this took place without the great actress's visit to Poland.
The actress gave up her career at the age of 36! She still controls her image, though.
After the film experience, we returned to our inn "Podlesie" (13 km from Ińsko), where in an orchard, in the shade of fruit trees, we discussed the hardships of receiving art at temperatures above 30⁰.
Neither the flies nor the ants disturbed a short nap before the next events of the festival.
