Why do we want to go to Oman and stay in the Arab culture, although we do not particularly like the countries where Islam dominates with its fundamentalist principles?
Maybe that's why.
Maybe just to cut off ourselves from stereotypical thinking about the Middle East and look closer into the country which apparently does not need tourists, but has so much to offer to blasé globe-trotters...
So, we're going to immerse ourselves in the sands of the desert, marvel at the untouched contemporary Muslim culture and architecture, watch the local life.
